- We share access using least-privilege (only what’s needed).
Documentation
- Every engagement has a clear scope, deliverables, and timeline.
- We provide written updates (weekly by default).
- Deliverables are documented (notes, checklists, or reports).
Security basics
- We use strong passwords and recommend 2FA on shared tools.
- We avoid requesting unnecessary personal data from clients.
- If you request access to accounts, you can revoke access anytime.
Billing & records
- Work is billed per project, hourly, or via monthly packages.
- Invoices describe the delivered services and timeframe.
- Receipts and deliverables can be provided for compliance purposes.
