Confidentiality

  • We treat client data as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed scope.
  • We can sign an NDA when required.
  • We share access using least-privilege (only what’s needed).

Documentation

  • Every engagement has a clear scope, deliverables, and timeline.
  • We provide written updates (weekly by default).
  • Deliverables are documented (notes, checklists, or reports).

Security basics

  • We use strong passwords and recommend 2FA on shared tools.
  • We avoid requesting unnecessary personal data from clients.
  • If you request access to accounts, you can revoke access anytime.

Billing & records

  • Work is billed per project, hourly, or via monthly packages.
  • Invoices describe the delivered services and timeframe.
  • Receipts and deliverables can be provided for compliance purposes.
