Service Delivery Policy

This policy describes how we deliver digital services, typical timelines, and how clients receive deliverables.
Delivery method
All services are delivered remotely. Deliverables may be provided via email, shared documents, project tools, or downloadable files, depending on the agreed scope.
Typical timelines
Most scopes begin within 1–3 business days after scope confirmation and payment. For one‑time daily service payments, delivery is typically the same day (or next business day) depending on the requested scope and the time we receive your inputs. Each daily payment is treated as a separate one‑time service session and is documented by invoice/receipt and a written delivery update.
Client approvals
Delays in approvals, access, or required inputs may affect timelines. We will document blockers and propose revised dates when needed.
Proof of fulfillment
We document completed work with written updates, deliverable links/files, and invoice descriptions for compliance and recordkeeping.
