Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for digital and online services delivered by Sigma Group Trade LLC.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started. If the engagement has not started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once work has started, refunds (full or partial) are evaluated based on completed milestones and documented deliverables.

Partial refunds

If a project is stopped mid-way, we can issue a partial refund for the unused portion of prepaid fees, minus any work already performed and any non‑recoverable costs (if applicable).

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables, completed consulting sessions, and time already spent on the agreed scope are non-refundable.

How to request

Email us with your invoice number and reason for the request. We respond within 1–2 business days and confirm the approved amount and timeline.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method and issuing bank.
