Terms of Service

1. Services
Sigma Group Trade LLC (“Sigma”, “we”, “us”) provides digital and online business services delivered remotely. Services may include operational support, consulting, marketing assistance, research and reporting, content/documentation support, and related online services. Deliverables and timelines are defined in written scopes (email, proposal, or invoice description).
2. Not financial services
Sigma does not provide regulated financial services and does not act as a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, broker, exchange, or custodian. Any third‑party tools you choose to use remain subject to their terms.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely access required to perform the work (e.g., documents, brand assets, and approvals). You confirm that you have rights to any materials you share.
4. Payments
Fees are stated in proposals/invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. Where retainers apply, the monthly scope, cadence, and renewal terms will be stated in writing. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Service fulfillment is described in our Service Delivery Policy.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. You agree to treat Sigma’s internal templates and processes as confidential unless explicitly provided for public use.
6. Disclaimers
We provide services “as is” without warranties of guaranteed outcomes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. Sigma is not responsible for losses arising from your decisions or third‑party platforms.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice. Any completed work remains billable. Prepaid retainers are applied to work performed during the period.
