1. Our role

Sigma Group Trade LLC (“we”, “us”) provides a user-facing entry point to Stripe Crypto Onramp to help customers access licensed third-party fiat-to-digital-asset purchase services. We do not custody customer funds, process payments, or execute digital asset transactions.

2. Stripe Crypto Onramp & licensed partners

Any purchase, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), AML checks, pricing/execution, and delivery of digital assets are performed by Stripe Crypto Onramp and/or Stripe’s licensed partners. Your use of the onramp is subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

3. No financial advice

We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility & availability

Availability depends on Stripe Crypto Onramp coverage, supported countries, payment methods, verification requirements, limits, and risk policies. We do not guarantee that any user will be approved.

5. Fees

Fees may include provider processing fees and may include a commission element embedded in the quoted rate. Final amounts are displayed before confirmation.

6. Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds, reversals, and chargeback handling are governed by the onramp provider and the underlying payment method rules. We do not control provider refund decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party provider actions, payment declines, verification outcomes, blockchain network issues, market volatility, or delays outside our control.
