Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a one‑time service charge or stop an ongoing engagement.

One‑time service charges

If you need to cancel a one‑time service request, email us as soon as possible. If work has not started, you may be eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. If work has started, refunds follow our Refund Policy and are based on completed work and documented deliverables.

Projects

For fixed-scope projects or multi-day engagements, you may request to stop work at any time. Work completed up to the stop date remains billable, and any prepaid unused portion may be eligible for partial refund according to our Refund Policy.

No chargeback requests

If there is a problem, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We aim to prevent disputes by documenting scope and deliverables.
